Purchased from monoprice.com & used for 2 months, but no longer need it. (I was upconverting DVDs to 720p from Blu-ray player to projector, but got a new projector with HDMI input.)

Includes VGA adapter cable, component adapter cable, and power adapter. (You may or may not need power adapter; I was running a 15' HDMI cable.)
