Remote was purchased NIB from eBay. Opened and in use since 3/14/04. All original packaging and contents included. Wonderful remote and wonderful customer service from Intrigue...so wonderful in fact that I have since purchased an upgrade model from them.

Sorry. Intrigue informed me that since I did not buy this remote from an authorized dealer their warranty does not apply.
