It is a great DVD player. I bought mine use via Audiogon early this past winter. Absolutely stunning picture. Colors are very rich, blacks very black. The menus suck frankly (Panasonic menus) but hey, I don't spend too much time there.

$250 shipped is a good deal I think... its less than I paid ($275 I believe) and you don't see these pop up used too much anymore.
