I have a used 3700+ that I'm selling. I just upgraded to an X2 4400+.

I built the machine in January. Since building the machine I've done no overclocking anywhere and have used the stock HSF with the included pad that came on the HS. Therefore, as usual, the top of the processor is tacky from the HS pad, as is the bottom of the HS. To whomever wants to buy it, I can try cleaning it with alcohol or I can send it 'as is' if you want to trust your own hands.

HSF is included, obviously. Everything is in great shape and has worked problem free.
