So due to children and space requirements I am altering my 10 year old HT. Swapping from big towers and a big center to 3 in wall speakers for L/C/R.
Took down my projector screen and will eventually put a TV on the wall but for now I'm just projecting onto the freshly painted wall. So yeah the picture is pretty awful but I recarpeted and replaced the seating and lighting so my money only goes so far. I was gonna grab a standard led but after seeing Oled TVs in person I'm leaning that way.
I'm keeping my current surrounds (6.1 right now) for now.
Both my subs shit the bed in the last 2 years. (Elemental designs ugh).... so currently have a time lava sub from the other room in here temporarily. Obviously that needs to be addressed. I've been leaning towards trying the monoprice monolith 10's or 12's but there are so few reviews that I'm hesitant. The room is 12x16.5 so not big.
