Don't forget eggs and rice cakes.

Designing Women had a great line about rice cakes. In the episode Suzanne is on a diet, and eating nothing but rice cakes and water. Mary Jo finds her munching on one in the kitchen:
Mary Jo: Isn't that one of those rice cakes?
Suzanne: (around a mouthful) Yeth.
Mary Jo: Can I try a bite? I've always wanted to taste one of those.
Suzanne: So have I.
