Frequency content in 5.1 soundtracks (1 Viewer)

Has anybody measured, how frequencies of 40-100Hz are normally distributed on film soundtracks? Are they mostly on the .1 track , on the front speakers or equally distributed between the main channels and the LFE?

Depends on the disc and the mix. Some remixes tend to distrubute low frequency to the main channels- but I come across tracks all the time that stick to the .1.

So it depends on the disc.
