DVDSoon seems to indicate that their only available version is a P&S one (which apparently is actually Open Matte), but it has the same UPC as a DVD Profiler entry that lists both widescreen and P&S. Amazon.ca looks to have a widescreen/full screen version available.

Looks like the HTF REVIEW: Freaky Friday thread has more details and explains that the widescreen presentation was indeed left off the Canadian disc in favour of the French language track. Someone in the thread even mentioned that after ordering the amazon.ca version, they still received the Full Frame only copy...

Bummer.
