That TVshowsondvd logo looks a little off on the cover...
Ain't too pretty
I like it fine. I think it might look a bit "blah" here because of the white-cover-on-white-background picture, which is how I got it.
It has all the classic elements that identify it with the TV show, and it will pop off the shelf to Frasier fans.
If I had to pick a nit, it would be this: why is Niles on the outside behind Daphne? He should be on Frasier's shoulder, like Martin is on the other side. Hey, I said it was a nit-pick!
Why the "the complete first season on dvd"? Isn't that a tid bit obvious?
They could have done better.
CSI ON DVD IN WIDESCREEN
Every DVD set seems to specify "on DVD."
Boy how the times have changed. It's funny to see how they used to look and how they look now.
At least they don't have the old guy and the dog standing back to back at the same height saluting in different directions...
I would have liked a cover with just the show's logo, but the cast shot is fine. I just want to have the show, so it doesn't really matter what the cover looks like.
It's not a bad cover. But, c'mon, "on DVD"? Even to the most challenged member of the buying public, isn't this a bit redundant? Why not go whole hog and thow in some ellipses and an exclamation point?
"Frasier: The Complete First Season... on DVD!"
