I picked this title up and finally had the opportunity to watch it this evening. Upon opening the DVD case, I was surprised to find no insert (the glossy paper with scene listing and usually a few pictures) included with the DVD. Does anyone know if an insert was supposed to be included with the DVD or not?

Thanks for any responses.

BTW...DVD transfer is great and Bill Paxton's commentary was very informative.

You're right Bill...it is on the back cover...never gave it a thought. I'm so used to seeing an insert in every DVD I purchase, I assumed there should have been one. :D

I don't think I have ever actually used the inserts to select scenes. Of course, I rarely end up skipping to a particular scene. Why don't they include it? It can't cost that much.
