Fraggle Rock Error (1 Viewer)

I have the 30th Anniversary set by Vivendi. There is a sound error during Season 2: "Red's Club." It sounds like interference when a speaker goes out. It only lasts a second, but it is really loud. I believe they are presenting the show in its original stereo on this release. I have the old release and it doesn't do this. Any thoughts? Just my copy? Perhaps this was originally like this?

It only happens in the right channel. It's some type of white noise. How would this happen? Any audiophiles who can answer this?

I've always been a fan of Fraggle Rock. I have the HIT Entertainment releases, and I'm pretty sure doesn't appear on those. I can check though. If you could send a sound clip of the interference (a few seconds before and after the sound error would be good too), I might be able to figure out what is going on.
