Our company is getting an infocus lp350. I would like to try it out as a FPTV for viewing some DVDS at home. I have a Sony VAIO desktop which has an nvidia card (dont remember which one) with the DVI output, so with the right cable, I plug that sucker right into the 350 for a fully digital pic, right ?
Since this is just a temp setup, maybe for a few movies at a time, no tv. I would have to have a 5.1 audio cable to run over to my receiver right.
Any suggestions, since its temp, it should be cheap. I see creative labs has a cheapo one (

Or you can get a fabric called "Blackout" which works great as a screen and its been used by many people (just search the AVS forum). I bought mine for $11 plus $11 for a 8'x4' board. I wraped the fabric around the board and that's it a great screen.
