I have noticed somedust like smears on my FP screen but they don't just wipe like dust. I have no idea how to clean the screen.
I also have 2 pixels that have lost their reflective quality. It isn't a huge deal but it is a little distracting.
Any help on fixing these problems is greatly appreciated.

The "dust smears" could be dust particles on the LCD panels on the inside of your projector. You can tell by placing a sheet of white paper in front of the screen to see if the same mark appears on the sheet. If your projector is under warranty still, bring it in for a cleaning. If it is not and you feel brave like I did, carefully disassemble it and use a can of compressed air to gently clean the panels yourself.
