Not too many Revolutionary War movies out there, and this would make a nice addition. The recent video was put out by Key Video. I don't know if this is a major studio's division, but somebody ought to release this.

Greg, Fox holds the rights to the 1939 DRUMS ALONG THE MOHAWK. And I agree, it(along with many other pre-1950 Fox titles) should be released to DVD.

I'd buy it as soon as it was available!

YES, YES, YES! I owned the laser, which was too dark and contrasty and not very sharp; and I taped it off the air from AMC (I think). But this is a wonderful western with a quintessential supporting performance by Edna Mae Oliver.
    More classics, please, Fox.

I'd also like to see Fox issue DRUMS ALONG THE MOHAWK on Region 1 DVD, as well as some of director John Ford's other Fox classics, like PRISONER OF SHARK ISLAND (1936) and MY DARLING CLEMENTINE (1946).

    Larry,
Thanks for the clarification. And, thank all of you for supporting this movie. With Fox owning it, maybe we have a chance. I'm just glad Warner doesn't own it!
