Sometimes Fox seems to know what they are doing but other times I am completly bewildered.
Fox just announced the DVD release of the 300 Spartans, a grade z low buget film that hs NO following at all!!
Dear Fox - you have many great costume spectaculars that are not on DVD -
when will we get the following?
    the Egyptian
    Prince of Foxes
    Captain from Castille
    The Virgin Queen
    Untamed
    The Story of Ruth
the alternate "flat"version of the Robe with the stereo track that was found for this in 1992 - please include he AMC backtory on the making of this film.
    Petter Staddon - please reply.

I Agree 100% with Joe's comments and selections.

    Let me also add,

    "David and Bathsheba"

    "Forever Amber" (a must have)

    "King of the Khyber Rifles"

    "Prince Valiant" (a must have)

Doug, I couldn't believe I forgot those titles. If the studios released as many spectaculars and musicals as they do endless war movies and westerns (aren't there about a hundred westerns coming up in the next few months?) you and I would be having a field day.
I dearly hope that maybe this time Peter Staddon will answer us.
