Fox are releasing LOVE IS A MANY-SPLENDORED THING, THE GHOST AND MRS MUIR and THE MARK OF ZORRO for Region 2 on 7 April. They are all due for extras packed Studio Classics version on R1 later this year but unfortunately the R2 DVDs all seem to be bare bones version.

If this is the case, that would be a step backward for R2.
After buying almost exclusively R1 from 1997 to 2001. I switched to R2 in 2002.
If these DVD are barebone, I'll go back to R1.
I'm still hoping for SE R2 release though, many sites don't have any specs on the Fox Classics, not that it will only include a trailer (e.g.)

ANASTASIA has already come out on R2 (although it seems to be available only from W H Smith) and it only contains a trailer and restoration comparison. It doesn't have the commentary and other extras due for the R1 version.
