Bilingual Covers in Canada

Is it a plot to reduce sales in Canada?

Or maybe there has been a study that shows that the people that buy DVD's in Canada don't appreciate cover art, so it's OK to plaster their DVDs with a little English/French dictionary. I must admit I haven't seen any research on this.

All I know is that it makes me think twice about spending my limited disposable income on DVDs that have butchered cover art.

Please don't do it.
