This is one of the last IBM made laptops (now made by Lenovo) and they went all out on the T41p, it was released with a price tag of ~$3100 in 2004. It has everything, it is light, very stable, and fast. IBM makes the best laptops in quality and reliability. Battery lasts about 3 hours, there is an extended battery you can buy seperately which allows for 5-6 hours of use on one charge. I am selling to pay for grad school, it has served me well. Works flawlessly in Linux also, esp. Fedora 4.
