Terrible. My customers are geniuses. Anyone who even jokingly has that kind of attitude towards their "customers" is doomed to never make a successful product that genuinely helps people do their job. If you don't respect the people you are working for you'll never be successful.

Isnt this just a collection of home pages? With and address like www.pandora.be/users/whatever, I am assuming that pandora is and ISP and customers get their own webspace. One of their customers posted that on there personal space as far as I can tell.
