Following OAR? (1 Viewer)

I was looking at the new Memento Limited Edition and noticed the bundle that comes along with Nolan's previous work, Following. Does anyone have any idea what the OAR on this is? The DVD is 1.33:1, and i was wondering if it was pan & scanned or if that was the OAR.

The film was shot at the full-frame academy ratio.

I didn't think it was shown theatrically at 1.33:1, but then again I don't remember much.
