Floor model Panasonic ST60 lifespan (1 Viewer)

I'm thinking of buying a floor model ST60 that's listed for $1350. I called to check on the condition, and was told it has been running 8hrs a day, 5 days a week for the past 11 months. Condition is like new otherwise. Is that something to be concerned about, or would that be a good purchase?
