Has anyone done a flexy style rack that goes over the top of a RPTV? I don't have much space so this would be ideal. Thanks in advance.

To get over the top of a RPTV I think you would need to effectively have a full flexy with three or four legs on either side of the TV and then very long shelves over the top. IMHO two legs on either side of a RPTV for that height will not be stable.
