Is the new release from Delta the same as the Image release, but just broken up?

where did you see the listing?
I know that there are two different versions of Flash Gordon Conquers The Universe.. there is one by image and one by VCI.. the vci is broken up, but has extra features including an interview with Buster Crabbe.

I saw it on the future release schedule from DVD Empire.
It comes up when you do a search as well.
