Tony,

Here's the rub...

You click on that middle box-o-junk and for me it just shows the 2-disc set.

Yeah Ron, the contents for each listing are different.
Who knows
Only the person who ordered from all three links.

Which one?
Each one says 4K and has a picture of the 4K package

The $49.95 one. I opened the link and it says Format: Blu Ray. Contents down the page also say 1080p.

The $59.95 one also says BD in the Format, but the title has 4k UHD in it. And the contents down the page specifies 4k presentation.

Ok I think that explains something.
I didn’t notice that.

I’m guessing the $50 set is the box of junk Blu-ray version.
Then$60 one in the BoJ 4K version
The $20 one is the regular 4K version, no junk

This is what I'm seeing as well. The first link Ron posted is for the big box-o-junk 2 disc 4K UHD release. Second link is to the big box-o-junk 2 disc 1080p BLU-RAY release. Third link (that ends up being $19.99) is to the single disc 4K UHD release.

That sounds like the most reasonable explanation based on all the info we have right now. Confusing as HECK...but dang.

Jeez! I appreciate someone figuring that out.

So, the choice for 4k is either the $20 single or the $60 BOJ version.

Guess I will be sticking with the $20 single.

I think I added (created) to the confusion by thinking that $50 Blu-ray was a 4K version too.
So much for my reading comprehension ability.

No, Sir, we were all confused.

How many times does Amazon do stuff like this where they are totally unclear on their listings -- most notably listing 4k titles as BD?

Wait a minute, why then does the $20 edition list itself as being

Flash Gordon [4K Ultra HD / UHD] [Blu-ray] ?

Wouldn't that HAVE to indicate at least two discs in the package? A 4k and a blu-ray?

If the contents are accurate on the page, it's a one disc package. I also think the proper term for the format is Ultra HD Blu Ray...so maybe that has something to do with it?

oh okay, I apologize then. It makes it look like two different formats. In any event, the second disc is just the Life After Flash doc and info on Sam Jones along with the box contents? I'm good with that. The single disc lists all of the special features that interest me, the rest isn't worth $40 dollars (ish) to me.

The 2 Disc 4k LE which was formerly $60 is down to $43.99...Pretty big price drop in two weeks. My preorder updated accordingly.

Used the HTF link and ordered the 4K "Box of Junk" version. I've always been a sucker for boxes of junk. :dancing-banana-04:

Thank you so much, Reed!

I have both on Amazon preorder with a reminder set to go off two weeks prior to release telling me to pick one.

If this price downtrend continues, I'll buy the box-o-junk. Really, it's at a price right now where I could justify the purchase.
