I did a search and didn't find any info on this. The DVD now is pretty lackluster from what I hear. Is there plans for a Special Edition?

Ha, I was going to post about this and decided to do a search first only to discover I already posted about it!

    Any new word?

I was wondering about Quiz Show as well, although unrelated.

I'm still waiting for a special edition of this one as well as Baron Munchausen. Does anyone know what the extras were on the Criterion laserdiscs just so we have something to compare with a potential DVD special edition?

IMHO this needs to be remastrered to the qualiaty of the CRITERION laserdisc-same with Munchausen-they are both mediocre transfers from the early days of DVD mastering.

It was surprising - well not that surprising - that Sony didn't put together SEs of The Adventures of Baron Munchausen and The Fisher King as Gilliam had two films out in 2005 and those two films certainly need and deserve new transfers and extras.
