    'lo all...first post here.

Not sure what forum this should go in, but here goes...

Only done car audio in the past, nothing with home audio. Is it possible to set up a decent home system for around $800-900 ?

I'd like that price to cover 2 fronts, 2 rears, center, 1 sub, and receiver, if possible.

    Thanks in advance!

OK, let me throw out one option. I think you need to be looking 300 for the reciver and 600 for the speakers.
Onkyo SR500 - About 300 shipped most places, you could more than likely get a better deal at CC.
    JBL NSP1 - 248.88 Shipped from jandr.com
    JBL PB10 - 299.00 shipped from jandr.com

So for about 850.00 you have a nice little setup. There are other ways to do this but right now the NSP1 package is the king of budget setups. You can listen to it at BestBuy.

Thanks Heath...I'll keep it in mind. Won't be getting anything for another month or two...so I've got time to think.
