Firefox 2 keeps crashing on me so I don't even use that version.

I downloaded it yesterday and so far so good. It's interesting that they went with the new version so fast after 2.0. They really must like Geeko 1.9 and need to really beta test that.

What plug in's are you running Ron? I've yet to see an issue with FF2...at least no more then with earlier versions

I've had FF 2 for quite a while and it has been rock solid.
I wonder why they decided to go with 3.0 so soon after the last release as well.
Although it is in Alpha it might take a long lead time before its release.

I too have had pretty good luck with Firefox 2 (though most of my time on FF2 is spent on the Mac, about 20% of the time it's on Windows).

I'm DL'ing FF3 to give it a shot.

I am guessing any one or combination of those could be
the reason for Firefox 2 crashing.
