That first episode of the new Twilight Zone was not my cup of tea. Moving it to an hour seems to have been a big mistake. I agree with this review from The Hollywood Reporter....

I read in some review (maybe the one in The Hollywood Reporter but it might have been at TV Guide Online) that the episode lengths vary per show. I haven't watched it yet, but the consensus seems to be that the premiere episode is too long for its story. I still hold out hope the series will emerge as a quality one.

I watched it on Youtube via Apple TV 4k last night. The banding was horrible but otherwise it looked ok. The episode was boooring tho. Not a single joke was funny. It was gratingly bad about the repeated 'joke', designed to upset people who support 2a. And spoiler
