i think the costume looks great.. but it doesn't have the trademark DD. other than that though it looks awsome.

I like it being slightly loose, makes it more realistic looking (like something a guy could put together).
Still holds a certain DD charm without seeming like it was made for him by H'wood specialists. Remember there were questions about Spider-Man's outfit and how he made it. Daredevil shouldn't generate those same questions.
Plus he was always more more low-key hero.
The cool horns are there but I miss the DD logo too.
The pix looks like Affleck in costume tests with a surrounding drawn in around him for "environment". Affleck has a good jawline for the hero type, especially DD.
Let's just hope the script is going as well as the costume work. :)

I think its looking good as well, like most others I wish they included the DD symbol. I hope DD shapes up to be one of the better adaptations. But gee I would hate to act in something that tight :)

Looks great. If it gets the same treatment that the Superhero films are getting right now, it should be a winner.

Pretty kickass, even if it is Ben Affleck under the mask. The costume is pretty faithful to the comics. Here's hoping the script follows suit :)

I haven't read the original comic at all, so I would totally understand if a fan would feel my opinion does not matter much, but I think this looks very good. I actually think his expression looks great too. I particularly like the eyes, and hope it is an intended effect.

Could somebody who has read the comics please give a brief explanation as to what kind of character Daredevil is as well? From the pictures and the fact that Frank Miller seems to be involved, I'm already starting to think somewhat anti-heroic and a basis in "reality"?

Yikes, it looks like some of the suits you can see across the bay over in the Castro. :D
I dunno, in a word, I always thought of DD as being "sleek". Affleck's body type doesn't really work for me in this. Kind of looks like Alec Baldwin sucking in his gut.

Pretty cool:
From Spider-Hype:
image showing Jennifer Garner, who plays Elektra in the upcoming "Daredevil," as she is lowered to the stage by "Spider-Man" before announcing the winner for the best stunt coordination award during the 2002 World Stunt Awards in Santa Monica, California May 19, 2002!
