Firmware question (1 Viewer)

Every time I play THE SOUND OF MUSIC the picture breaks up. This happens even when I buy a copy from another store. This does not happen on any of my other Fox discs. I have a Pioneer BD-120. Could I get some info on how to get a firmware update. This is the only thing that I can think of that might fix the problem.
