Finnaly down to Three... Ascend, Athena, Paradigm... HELP (1 Viewer)

Its really down to the following

Ascend Acoustics with the new center channel

Athena with the fronts being the AS-F1 and the smaller bookshelf models for surrounds and the Center to go along

and finnaly

Paradigm Mini Monitors for fronts and surrounds then the comperable center channel...

A sub will be added soon, as I already have an older one.

I really need to adition all of these but for now can anyone tell me any real standout points between these three speakers. I really dont know alot about the Athena but I did see their line in Best buy the other night and they really blew the sonys away that were sitting right next to them. I really laughed out loud at the Difference. I will probablly listening to about 80% movies 20% music.

Any input would be really appriciated.

While I can't tell you anything about the Athenas, in my house Ascend 170s bought for a secondary system quickly replaced the Paradigm Mini-Monitors and 370 in the main system. I haven't got the new CC yet. I think I'm going to have to wait 6 weeks for my birthday.
