Folks,
One thing that really aggravates me is the fact it's hard to find out which model CRT or projector TV sets that support 480p, 720p and 1080i component inputs.
Is there a list available of current TV sets that at least support 480p component input? This is because we're seeing more and more DVD players with 480p component video outputs (believe me, progressive scan makes a huge difference in picture clarity). :emoji_thumbsup:

As far as I know all HDTV-ready sets, both direct view and RPTV support at least 480p and 1080i. Fewer sets support 720p.

If you're talking CRT front projectors, any modern one will do 480p, though you won't get the best picture that way (most projectors like 600-800p for best image quality).
