Ok all - After months of research and reading thread after thread I am ready to upgrade my current sub. I will be upgrading from a 10" KLH costco sub (about 80 Watts on its very best day ever!) to a PB2+ (99% sure). I know there are a lot of threads here asking this same type question but I am such a cautious buyer that I really like to get as many opinions as possible, and I really trust and value the opinions of the highly knowledgable people on this forum! I just want to make sure that I get a sub that I can have plenty of headroom with. I love being able to say, "Well, I could turn it way up if I wanted to". Ok - down to the nitty gritty: Room is 12X20 with 8 foot ceiling - 1920 ft3 Opening in back side of room about 9 feet wide by 8 feet high Carpet floors Current equipment: Denon 3802 Mits WS55413 Sony DVD Not sure - 715P I think Outdated and insufficient Cervin Vega center and mains (will be upgrading to B&W 600 series in the next few months) 80% HT use/ 20% music So what do you guys think? Will this sub be enough to knock my socks off? P.S. - I plan to email the guys over at SVS to get their opinions as well, but I wanted to get as much input as possible. Thanks!
