Brilliant. Built a simple HTPC using a standard desktop case, Neo2 Powersupply, a 5700LE video card, and an AMD64 3000+. While we have a kit at work that we are now selling with multiple tuners, etc. I wanted the same idea but didn't need the TV Tuners.

The output is incredible; the DVD output from this thing to my sony HDTV is better then I get out of the Samsung HDTV players, and the performance of networked material is very good. Quick & easy ability to output MPGs, DiVX and other formats is a great little tool.

What kind of DVD player does it come with? Are you doing any kind of post-processing? Glad to hear you like the quality.

I'm using the Pioneer A08 right now, and NVDVD supports upscaling to 720p / 1080i.. and seems to do a very good job of it, the output is very good, and can be customized to a great degree.
