Just popped in the dvd, and it runs 95 minutes, not 93. Now whether or not it should be 99, I don't know, but I'm guessing that for whatever reason, 95 minutes is the full run time.

I've seen this episode several times in the past, and I can state quite categorically there's nothing missing from the DVD.
