I'm looking for some suggestions for some "feel good" movies. These are the films that, after they're over, you know that all is right with the world and you have a big grin on your face. These are the movies you have no problems watching over and over again because you get that same feeling everytime you watch it.

I'm trying to avoid the cheesily happy or campy movies, and really am interested in great storylines, acting, and all that rot.

Right now, my favorite feel good is "Good Will Hunting" (best last line/closing credit sequence ever), followed closely by "The Matrix" (every time Neo holds up his hand and says "No" I get goosebumps), "High Fidelity" (Jack Black and "Let's Get it On"), and "Say Anything" ("Wait for the ding...").

Any other suggestions, I'm looking to burn some cash on DVD's and need some more of these movies in my collection.

I highly recommend Disney's The Kid. This movie is incredibly uplifting, and just gives me the feeling that life is awesome!

For me it depends on the mood I want to set, but here are some of my choices:

    Wall Street (Greed is good)

    Rudy (the football movie)

    Swingers

    Bad Boys (Will Smith)

    Michael Jordan to the Max

    These work for me.
