Feature wise, what are the pro's and cons of the denon 3802 vs. h/k avr520 and vice v (1 Viewer)

Q1. Do neither of these have ddex? I noticed dts es on both but not ddex. Q2. I know the 520 has the vmax feature that makes it possible to get a surround experience through your headphones (great for late night), Does the Denon have this feature or something similar? Are there any other features that one has over the other that could be a significant advantage or disadvantage?
