Great topic, love commentaries!
I'll go with many of the above, because I'm too lazy to start listing.
Ok just mention a couple more than, Ben Affleck poking fun at Bruce Willis, Billy Bob and the movie 'Armageddon', and I love mad Paul Verhoevens enthusiastic commentaries for nearly all his films.
Arnies commentary for Conan the Librarian is priceless, 'Ja look at dis vomans boobies', 'Ha ha he vont be comin back!'.
And Bruce Campbell's Evil Dead commentary is hysterical, great stuff.
