    Friends,
I have a new favorite SACD - the Hyperion recording of The Coronation of King George II. This disk is a recreation of his coronation with authentic music performed by The Choir of The King's Consort and the King's Consort - Robert King Conductor (enough Kings yet?!)
Handel figure prominently as does Purcell, Blow, Tallis and Gibbons. It is beautiful music very well recorded in direct stream digital on Sony's new Sonoma Audio workstation. It was recorded in St. Jude on the Hill, Hampstead Garden suburb, in London.
    Highly recommended!

Sorry, Lee. Classical is not really may bag. I have some classical CDs here and there and even a couple classical SACDs, but not much. Nevertheless, enjoy the Hyperion disc.
