Michael Palin is funnier than the rest of them collectively. And that's pretty damn funny.
I have to agree with that. When Palin is on screen, he just commands it. Now, if we were to look at who wrote the sketches, it might be a little different. But, Palin makes the most of of it.
When I first started religously watching Python, I didn't find Graham Chapman all that funny. But the more I watch him, the more I think he's just hilarious.

Tough one. They're all good. I love Gilliam's films, Cleese was great in Python and Fawlty Towers etc. Palin is just hilarious.
I'll go with Palin, if only because I had the pleasure of meeting him.

Graham Chapman!
Because of his taste in hairstyles and for Mr. Throatwobbler-Mangroove.
I don't necessarily think he's the funniest, but he's still my favorite member (har-har, shut up already) :)

This is the hardest question mankind has ever faced.
If you put a gun to my head, I'd pick Gilliam.
No, wait, Cleese...

Put me down for John Cleese
Your mother was a hamster and your father smelt of elderberries .......
Oh!! You mean you're voting for John Cleese, I thought you wanted us to insult you ('put me down') for him (since he isn't here to do it himself)

Now go away or I shall taunt you a second time :)

Cleese. Although Gilliam, the only Yank in the bunch, went to my alma mater.

Tough question! Probably Michael Palin.
1. Palin
2. Cleese
3. Idle
4. Chapman
5. Gilliam
6. Jones
(That's counting just their Python works of course.)
