Well I've watched Chasing Amy for the first time last night and I have to say that I absolutely love the scene where Hooper-X is introduced and his following rant about SW being another example of the white man keeping a brother man down. So whats your favorite scene?

Hmm, toughy... But my favorite quote is from Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back... "That's the worst idea since Greedo shoots first." Something like that.

Dialogue wise I think Holden's confession of love to Alyssa in Chasing Amy is truly awe inspiring and heartfelt scoring a "0" on the cheese-O-meter.
My favorite scene is the "Mooby corporate massacre" scene in Dogma. Truly, biting the mouse's hand that feeds you. As AC/DC might put it: "Kev's got BIG balls."
Best use of seemingly random profanity: Jay And Silent Bob Strike Back
Best Jay Dialogue: "What the F*** is this, The Piano? Why isn't that broad talkin'? What the F*** happened to that guy's head!"

My favorite scene would have to be 'Boo-Boo Kitty F***'. (For purely personal reasons). No wait, 'Don't f*** w/a Jedi Master'. Yeah, that's it. No, wait, Alan Rickman sneering, 'or what? You'll hit me with that fish?'. No, wait.........

I love all of Smith's films, but I agree with Holden's "Confession" scene to Alyssa in Chasing Amy being the best. The first thing I think about with Kevin Smith's name comes up in conversations.
My favorite shot of Smith's is actually a positive one: also in Chasing Amy, when Affleck stands up in the first Hooper X scene in the audience and talks about Lando. This is probably the worst FRAMED shot in cinema history, where Affleck stands up to about the extreme top left of the frame with no coverage to his left but an entire audience of onlookers to his right. The fact this slipped by the director, the studio, the cinematographer and even Affleck himself is hilarious.

How about the scene in "Clerks" where the lady comes into the video store with her daughter to order the kids video. "I'm on the phone with the distributor right now, I'd like a copy of..."

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that from Reservoir Dogs? If not, which KS film?

Chasing Amy: Holden and Banky in the train station. Holden confronts Banky about his 'luggage' -
Banky: I just have to get something.
[Pulls out a huge stack of porno books]
Holden: Who are you, Larry fucking Flynt? What are you going to do with all of those?
Banky: Read the articles. What do you think I'm going to do with them? They're stroke books.
Holden: You've got like thirty books there! We're only there for two days!
Banky: Variety's the spice of life. I like a wide selection. Sometimes I'm in the mood for nasty close-ups, sometimes I like them arty and air-brushed. Sometimes it's a spread brown-eye kind of night, sometimes it's girl-on-girl time. Sometimes a steamy letter will do it, sometimes -- not often, but sometimes -- I like the idea of a chick with a horse.
Another Amy scene where Holden, Banky, Alyssa and Kim are in the booth at the club; Banky and Alyssa swapping 'war' stories.

I love the part in CLERKS when the boys and the roofer are discussing the destruction of the Death Star in JEDI. The icing is that song played in the background that is just damn funny to me for some reason! "Chewbacca! What a Wookie!"
The single funniest line in that movie is "Hey, try not to suck any dick on the way to the parking lot!"
