I am trying to start a dvd collection. I would like to buy alot of dvd's, but alas, im a poor college student. i was wondering what everyones favorite dvd title is? If you could only have 1 dvd, what would it be?

definitely boogie nights special edition. but if your budget is limited, you cant go wrong with donnie darko, pi, or requiem for a dream. 3 great movies, 3 feature-packed dvds.

Lord of the rings: Fellowship of the ring Extended edition.
It would take days to watch it and the special features if you watched 2 hours a day.

Seven Samurai — not the best transfer or extras in the world, but it's my favorite.

If you want great movies,cant beat Kubrick and Kurosawa.
