For the life of me I can't find the FAT32 to NTFS Conversion Utility in XP Pro. I upgraded my mom's computer from Windows 98 to XP Pro and I thought that I would find it in the System Tools folder once the upgrade was complete (it was there when I did a fresh installation on two other computers). Does anyone know where I can find it or how I can call up the utility? Is the conversion process destructive?

    TIA

Search in the help for WinXP - it is described there.

As Philip says, it's all in the help files, but it's a command you have to run from the command prompt, not through the GUI.

    convert c: /fs:ntfs

Will convert your c: drive. Change the letter as appropriate. The help files give you more details.
