God, with all this bickering, I'm sorry I started this thread.

I will say once again the SE 5.1 track is an improvement in terms of overall sound quality and how it "opens up." It's not a huge improvement, but noticable. However, of course, it's not the original mono track, so purists won't like it. If this doesn't bother you and you are a fan of this movie and the music, you may find it worth price. I simply sold off the previous version, so this one only cost me a few bucks more to buy.
