Hi,
I just rented The Fast and the Furious DVD today, and was watching it in DTS mode, when something I've never seen before happened: the audio cut out for a split second. It was after the layer change; it happened about three or four times during the movie. I checked the DVD, and it's perfectly clean, so it wasn't the disc. I have a Marantz SR-7000, and a Pioneer DV-333, connected via Monster Cable digital coax. I switched to DD for the last 20 minutes of the movie and it was fine...So does anyone have any ideas as to why this might have happened? I'm definitely confused, since I've never seen it before.
Thanks,
Ramesh
