"Farscape Undressed" Unavailable? (1 Viewer)

Does anyone one if the hour promo special "Farscape Undressed" that ushered in Season 3 will be on the new Season 3 Farscape DVD? It was on the UK versions, and I can see no reason (space, rights, etc.) for it not to be on the USA versions, but the specs don't list it.
