I own an Elite PRO-96 (50") that I am going to move out and replace with a front projector. A couple of guys at work have expressed interest in it, but I have no idea what to ask for it. It is in mint condition, but it's also probably 8 or 9 years old. I'm not trying to make money off them, but also, don't want to just give it away.

Does anyone have an idea of what this would be worth?

I have a PRO-96 and still think it's one of the best analog 4:3 sets ever made. For LD, VHS, Cable, non HD satellite I think it's hard to beat. That said, it's now 10 years old and even though mine's in near perfect condition, the CRT's are still quite bright, and it's ISF calibrated I don't think I'd try to ask for more than 600 and honestly I'd be surprised if many people jumped even at 500.

Thanks for the tips. Seems a shame to take less than $500 for it, but then again.........
