Thanks for all the help.

Do you recommend using either a chamfer or radius on the edges of the front baffle?

The baffle simulation programs I've been playing with show they help eliminate some of the small ripples in the tweeter's response caused by the baffle. I've been leaning towards using a 3/4" chamfer.

I usually don't worry about chamfers or roundovers. IMHO, until they're quite large (on the order of 1-2" or more) you really don't gain much. The dispersion of a tweeter at 13-14 kHz - where a 3/4" chamfer would start to be effective - is already starting to narrow, so you have very little energy going out there to start with.
