Extra Center Channel?? (1 Viewer)

I know this maybe a stupid question, but has anybody ever heard or used an additional center channel speaker in another place in they're system?

They certainly can be used as the rear speaker in a 6.1 system. If you try and use it anywhere else the problem you have to be concerned with is dispersion. Center channels are optimized for vertical dispersion; other speakers are optimized for horizontal dispersion. If that's not an issue in you room then you'll be okay.
