If you buy a two week old TV that has a non-transferrable warranty, is there somewhere that you can buy an extended warranty?

It was bought online. The site does offer a 2-year extended warranty through MyRepairMaster, but does that mean that the new owner of the TV can buy the warranty through them?

Also, a related question... if you buy a refurbished TV without a warranty (from an auction), can you get a warranty?
